  • The Role:

    Our accountant plays an important role in managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Auditing financial documents and procedures

    Reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns

    Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

    Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options

    Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

    Secures financial information by completing data base backups

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • The Role:

    Our Graphic/Sign Designers play an integral role in our team by being the front-line employees who represent Minoh Inc through design. Working out of our Etobicoke headquarters, our team must be professional in attitude and appearance while demonstrating a positive impression of Minoh Inc. It is imperative that our products are designed with the utmost care and ensuring we leave the client satisfied with their final product and installation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design artwork for sign/print

    Design Signs using client artwork/logos

    Apply for municipal/provincial permits

    Ensure all drawings are accurate and free from errors

    Create print files and operate printers/cutters

    Able to read and interpret standard drawings to create shop drawings

    Ensure the accuracy of specification prior to production.

    Perform other duties as assigned or required from time to time.

    Maintain work area in a clean, safe and orderly manner.

    Requirements for this position:

    Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop experience is required

    AutoCad experience is an asset

    Sign Industry experience is an asset.

    Self Starter with good work ethic

    Communication skills, verbal and written are a must. Able to work in a team environment and individually.

    Ability to work in a team and multi-cultural environment.

    Ability to lift up to 50lbs

    Operate CNC, large format printer, channel letter machinery, paint booth, welder and other required machinery

    Package signage for shipping

    We are seeking a dedicated Sign designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching signs under direction of the client. As a structural sign designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to bring verbal ideas to life.

    Responsibilities

    Below are some of the responsibilities a structural sign designer is expected to assume in their position:

    Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product

    Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.

    Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software

    Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

    Implement feedback and changes whenever possible

    Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

    Able to bring verbal ideas to life


    Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:

    Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an asset

    Autodesk background

    360 fusion, Solid works a must have

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Objectives of this Role

    Oversee the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office, and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character

    Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues

    Implement established policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow when identified

    Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors

    Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions


    Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

    Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment

    Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting

    Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list

    Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed

    2+ years of office management experience

    Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
