Pier 8 Billboard Case Study

CHALLENGE:
Waterfront Shores in Hamilton, ON needed two double-sided billboards to promote the upcoming Pier 8 Condos. They wanted billboards that aligned with their brand guidelines and would be easily visible to passersby.
SOLUTION:
Minoh Inc collaborated with Blackjet Inc, a creative agency based in Toronto, to manufacture and develop the billboards that met the requirements of Waterfront Shores and the Pier 8 Developers. The goal was to create custom double-sided billboards that would catch the attention of onlookers while effectively advertising the upcoming project and reinforcing the Waterfront Shores brand.
The solution involved the following steps:
Partnership with Blackjet Inc:

Customization:

Materials and Construction:
The billboards were constructed using a combination of materials. The support structure was made of wood, steel posts, rebar, and concrete anchoring to provide stability and durability. The exterior surfaces were clad in printed ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), which allowed for high-quality graphics and visuals.
Visibility and Placement:
The billboards were strategically placed in locations where they would be easily visible to pedestrians and potential customers. Their prominent positioning aimed to attract attention and generate interest in the Pier 8 Condos project.
The end result was two double-sided billboards that effectively showcased the upcoming development while aligning with Waterfront Shores' brand identity.
